What is New Wave Builders focused on?
Our focus is residential new construction, multifamily development, and capital partnerships for NWB-led developments. For existing homes that need structural changes, additional space, or a comprehensive renovation.
What do you mean by capital partnerships?
Investors contribute capital to developments led by New Wave Builders. We evaluate the project and propose a partnership structure, then work with the investor to refine the terms. Funding, responsibilities, and distribution arrangements are defined for each project.
Can we discuss a project before plans are finished?
